I make $13,600 a month, and I'm still $135k in debt.
We've made a lot less than that and felt the same way. The number on the paycheck wasn't the problem then, either.
I'm a working mom with a day job, two side gigs, and two kids. I write about what I'm actually trying with money — what earns, what doesn't, and what the debt balance looks like right now.
ABOUT
This isn't a success story yet.
My husband and I did Financial Peace University before we got married. We were debt-free when we bought our home in 2023. Then came repairs, health stuff, windows, and a few years of just not being honest about the spending.
$135k later, we're starting over.
I write about side hustle income and paying off debt — not from the other side of it, but while I'm still in the middle of it. Income reports, what I'm testing, the months where nothing worked. If you make decent money and still feel broke, that's the whole point of this site.
If this sounds like your story too, you're in the right place.
Side hustles, debt payoff, & real numbers
I'm paying off $135k in debt while working full time and building income on the side. I share what's actually working, what flopped, and the numbers behind both.
